Access Hire Middle East LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Transport and Logistics Coordinator, to manage daily transport operations, fleet scheduling, local and international logistics coordination. The role ensures timely delivery and collection of equipment, efficient route planning, and compliance with standards.
المسؤوليات
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily vehicle movements
- Assign drivers and vehicles based on job requirements
- Monitor vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and GPS tracking
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics
- Prepare Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists
- Classify and verify HS Codes for equipment and parts
- Liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers
- Ensure adherence to UAE transport regulations
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
