Off-Plan Sales Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Off-Plan Sales Manager to lead and grow our off-plan property sales division. The ideal candidate will have strong developer relationships, deep market knowledge, and proven leadership skills to drive sales performance and manage a high-performing team.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and execute off-plan sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Manage the full sales cycle for off-plan projects (launch to handover)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers
- Secure exclusive and priority off-plan inventory from developers
- Represent the company at developer launches, exhibitions, and roadshows
- Recruit, train, and manage off-plan sales consultants
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching
- Motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews
- Handle high-value clients and investors professionally
- Advise clients on investment opportunities, ROI, and payment plans
- Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to booking
- Work closely with marketing team on campaigns, lead generation, and project launches
- Provide market feedback to improve sales tools and promotional materials
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation
المؤهلات
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in UAE real estate
- At least 3 years in an Off-Plan Sales Manager / Team Leader role
- Strong connections with top Dubai developers
- Proven track record of achieving high sales volumes
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- RERA certification (preferred)
