The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining an effective document management system, ensuring the proper handling, distribution, and storage of project documents while maintaining accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organisational and regulatory standards.
المسؤوليات
- Implement and maintain a comprehensive document management system
- Receive, review, and register incoming and outgoing project documents
- Control and monitor the flow of documents within the organisation
- Organise and maintain physical and electronic document storage systems
- Manage and control document revisions
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information management, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in document control or a similar role
- Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
