The AI Solution Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered software products that support core business functions including HR, Finance, Sales, and Procurement. This role combines hands-on software development with AI product ownership, translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and intelligent applications.
المسؤوليات
- Design, develop, test, and maintain AI-enabled software applications and services
- Build and integrate APIs, microservices, and backend systems supporting AI products
- Ensure high-quality code, performance optimization, scalability, and security
- Implement AI and machine learning models into production systems
- Collaborate with data scientists to deploy, monitor, and improve AI models
- Translate AI outputs into user-friendly features and dashboards
- Optimize AI products based on performance metrics and user feedback
- Work with HR, Finance, Sales, and Procurement teams to gather functional requirements
- Translate business needs into technical and AI product specifications
- Support adoption and continuous improvement of AI solutions across departments
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, AI, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in software development or AI-enabled product roles
- Experience working on AI-powered or data-driven products is required
- strong experience in software development (e.g., Python, Java, .NET, or similar)
- Experience with AI/ML integration (APIs, model deployment, inference pipelines)
- Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS) is an advantage
