Marketing and Sales Manager (Partnerships)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Manager to lead our partnership initiatives. In this hybrid role, you will be the bridge between our brand and our strategic partners. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key relationships, and executing joint marketing campaigns that drive mutual growth. المسؤوليات
- Identify, prospect, and secure new strategic partners to expand market reach and revenue streams
- Develop and implement sales plans specifically tailored for partnership channels to meet or exceed quarterly targets
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring long-term satisfaction and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with partners to design and execute joint marketing initiatives (webinars, events, content) that generate leads for both parties
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to uncover new partnership opportunities and refine sales messaging
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of partnership sales and marketing activities
المؤهلات
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnership management
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and how to leverage them for partner growth
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously
