Progressive Technology is seeking a meticulous and highly organized Payroll and HR Operations Officer. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring payroll accuracy, legal compliance, and efficient documentation management. You will be the go-to person for all things related to payroll execution, statutory reporting, and employee records.

المسؤوليات

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records including contracts and attendance
  • Ensure accurate filing of statutory deductions (NSSF, income tax)
  • Coordinate with finance for payroll-related payments
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Collaborate with HRBPs for data consistency
  • Implement improvements to HR operational procedures
  • Liaise with governmental authorities for compliance
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in payroll processing or HR operations
  • In-depth knowledge of Lebanese labor law, tax legislation, and NSSF regulations
