A leading global pet food manufacturer is seeking a Vice President of Sales & New Business Development to drive expansion in the US. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on B2B new business development. The ideal candidate will identify, pursue, and close new opportunities with B2B prospects. After securing significant business, the VP will build and manage a team. Requires nationwide travel (45-50%).

- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B new business development strategy
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
- Personally lead prospecting, outreach, and direct engagement with potential customers
- Drive lead generation efforts and establish relationships with key decision-makers
- Develop and negotiate high-value deals, contracts, and partnerships
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes
- Identify gaps in the market and recommend innovative solutions
- Provide insights and recommendations to executive leadership on growth strategies
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations
المؤهلات
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships
- Proven track record of personally driving revenue growth and securing high-value deals
- Established industry network in pet food strongly preferred
