Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Contract / Remote

Our global SaaS client seeks a contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This position is responsible for coordinating the logistics and execution of all recruitment activities. The TAC is the front-line contact for all activity related to recruiting, and will work closely with a team of recruiters, hiring managers, the business line, external vendors, and candidates.
المسؤوليات
- Provide recruitment support to Talent Acquisition Partners including scheduling and coordinating interviews
- Ensure data integrity and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system and HRIS
- Manage logistics for the recruiting processes, including background checks and I.T equipment for new hires
- Engage in project based work across talent acquisition
المؤهلات
- 2-3 years experience in a HR or Recruitment focused administrative/coordination role
- Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and speed
- Strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity
- Superior organizational skills and detail-orientation
- Tech savvy - comfortable using Microsoft Office
- A collaborative mindset, results driven
