Coordinator-HR Shared Services
Job Description
The Coordinator-HR Shared Services is responsible for providing support to the HR Shared Service team with efficient management of day-to-day processes. This includes medical insurance administration, travel and absence management, document control, Arabic Letters, Transguard IDs, GRO scheduling, and monitoring of police and immigration cases.
Responsibilities
- Submit flight bookings and airfare recharges
- Submit applications for residence visas and job requirements
- Reconcile expenses and submit Purchase Requisitions
- Communicate flight details and documentation to employees
- Update application and certificate details on Oracle
- Submit monthly reports to the manager
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information
- Propose ideas to Manager to streamline processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience required in data entry management and document control
- The minimum educational requirements are a bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in Excel and the English language
- Proficiency in reading and writing Arabic is required
