Subscriptions and Payments

  • Free and paid plans are available according to your needs
  • Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled before the renewal date
  • All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyal unless otherwise stated
  • Refunds are only provided in cases specified in the refund policy
  • We reserve the right to modify prices with prior notice

Intellectual Property

  • All platform content is protected by intellectual property laws
  • No content may be copied or reproduced without written permission
  • You retain ownership of content you publish on the platform
  • By publishing content, you grant us a license to use it for service operation
  • Trademarks and logos are owned by their respective owners

Disclaimer

  • The service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties
  • We do not guarantee getting a job or finding candidates
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by users
  • We are not liable for any damages resulting from using the platform
  • We advise verifying the identity of parties before any transaction

Dispute Resolution

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
  • Any dispute will first be resolved amicably
  • If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be referred to arbitration in Riyadh
  • Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any legal disputes

Modifications and Termination

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time
  • You will be notified of material changes via email or the platform
  • Your continued use of the service means you agree to the updated terms
  • We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms
  • You can cancel your account at any time from account settings
