The Receptionist handles patient appointments, inquiries, and administrative tasks within a healthcare setting. Responsibilities include managing cash flow, processing insurance approvals, and maintaining patient confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Handles patient appointments (book, confirm, cancel & reschedule)
- Handles telephone inquiries
- Manages cash float on daily basis
- Process payment approval from insurance companies
- Responsible for keeping patient confidentiality at all times
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- English Language Certificate
- Two or more years of experience in the same field
