Job Description
Providing day to day oversight and direction to the PMC team. Managing construction bids. Creating construction schedules. Planning and monitoring project budget. Hiring and managing the workforce. Finding and managing subcontractors. Managing equipment and materials. Leading regular project review meetings, identify problem areas and ensure that corrective actions are initiated. Prepare weekly and monthly reports.

Qualifications
- Minimum Experience: 15 Year
- Local-GCC 5 years (NEOM) experience in Infrastructure, mixed use Construction and villas is mandatory
- Should have worked in PMC/Consultant Co
- Preferred Chartered Engineer, Civil/Architect MSc/BSc
