Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager
Job Description
The Digital Marketing Manager establishes brand and channel preference, generates revenue and executes data-driven strategy. Supports the Director of Marketing and Director of Public Relations to execute strategies in digital marketing, social media, and content development.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the Hotel/Resort’s digital strategy and social media channels
- Manages online reputation including community responses
- Executes digital marketing tactics including SEO, PPC, and email marketing
- Partners with operations team to promote guest data capture
- Negotiates and coordinates social media influencer visits
- Monitors activities using online reporting tools including Adobe Analytics
