Purchaser/ Procurement Executive (F&B)
Job Description
The Purchaser will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and kitchen supplies required for daily kitchen operations. The role includes vendor sourcing, price negotiation, placing purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring quality, freshness, and food safety compliance. Duties include: Purchase food ingredients, packaging, and kitchen consumables; Source and manage vendors for fresh and dry items; Negotiate prices and delivery terms; Ensure timely availability of stock and avoid shortages; Check quality, quantity, and expiry of received items; Maintain purchase records and coordinate with kitchen operations.
