Change Management Lead / Manager
Job Description
This role partners closely with program leadership and implementation teams at Scalepex to support successful adoption of large-scale transformation initiatives. The Change Manager plays a critical role in assessing impacts, guiding readiness, and ensuring teams are aligned throughout program execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy
- Lead change impact and readiness assessments
- Embed change management into PMO and product planning
- Create and manage a master communication plan
- Coordinate with operational leaders on SOP updates and training plans
- Provide regular reporting on change readiness and stakeholder sentiment
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in organizational change management
- Proven experience working across multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in healthcare or health technology industries preferred
