Job Description
As a Food and Beverage Attendant at Hilton, you will be responsible for upholding the highest quality standards for operations inside our restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.
Responsibilities
- Receive orders and serve customer requests in a timely manner
- Understand menu content and promotional activities
- Keep service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared
- Efficiently manage the proper settlement of customer accounts
- Answer Guest queries in a polite and helpful manner
