Administration Manager
Job Description
MBA with minimum 10 years experience in relevant field. Must have the capacity to establish and implement administrative policies, procedures and practice. Must be able to communicate and manage multi national and multi state employees. Working experience in Oil and Gas Petrochemical Construction Companies preferred. Age limit below 40. Gulf experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Establish and implement administrative policies and procedures
- Maintain and administrate staff by recruiting and training
- Manage multi national and multi state employees
- Implement camping, mess and other welfare facilities
- Admin Budget preparation
- Quality Management system implementation
Qualifications
- MBA degree
- Minimum 10 years experience in relevant field
