Facility Management Specialist
Job Description
Responsible for the administrative and technical management of Mercedes-Benz Otomotiv buildings and facilities. Owner of systems like access control, CCTV, and fire alarming.
Responsibilities
- Manage administrative and technical operations (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, fire)
- Oversee third-party service contracts (cleaning, security, reception)
- Manage budgeting, planning, and cost controlling for facilities
- Ensure compliance with OHS requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- Ability to use AutoCAD and interpret technical drawings
- Advanced computer skills (MS Excel, SAP)
- Basic electronics knowledge
