Logistics Team Leader
Job Description
Responsible for supervising and managing drivers and cleaners during assigned shifts to ensure smooth daily operations and high service standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage drivers & Cleaners during assigned shifts
- Monitor and review daily reports, addressing issues promptly
- Coordinate and manage vehicle transfers between branches
- Oversee and ensure proper use of delivery applications (such as 'Talaqani')
- Track and update the status of vehicles out of service (NR) in the system
- Follow up on open bookings (OB) and ensure timely closure
- Provide guidance, support, and on-the-job training to drivers
- Ensure drivers comply with safety rules, company uniform policy, and customer service standards
- Prepare and submit shift reports to the logistics supervisor
- Conduct random quality checks to ensure vehicle readiness
Qualifications
- Minimum High School education
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Valid Driving License
