Job Description

We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources for a growing engineering company with operations in Lebanon and West Africa. The role includes organizational development, recruitment, performance management, and HR compliance across multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
  • Lead recruitment campaigns for Lebanon and Africa-based roles
  • Oversee performance evaluations, KPIs, and staff development plans
  • Manage payroll, compensation, and employee benefits
  • Ensure compliance with Lebanese labor law and African project labor rules
  • Build company culture and support leadership with workforce planning
  • Prepare HR reports and advise senior management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience
  • Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus
