Job Description
Responsible for revenue generation through the direct sales team for exhibition stands and construction-related sponsorship packages. Includes coaching the team, developing sales strategies, and managing the floor plan and sales budget.
Responsibilities
- Generate revenue through direct sales team
- Develop sales strategy for portfolio products
- Coach and mentor sales colleagues
- Network with trade associations
- Manage floor plan and issue contracts
- Monitor sales figures and forecast reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 8-10 years of B2B sales management and account handling experience within exhibitions
- Excellent communication in Arabic & English
- Proficient with Salesforce
