Responsible for all front office functions and staff. Areas of responsibility include Bell Staff, Switchboard Operations, Guest Services/Front Desk and Retail/Gift Shop. EDITION Hotels combine boutique luxury with global reach.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage all day-to-day front office operations
  • Communicate performance expectations and monitor progress
  • Review staffing levels for operational needs
  • Manage department controllable expenses
  • Handle guest problems and complaints
  • Interview and hire managers and hourly team members
  • Ensure compliance with all Front Office policies

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED and 4 years experience, OR
  • 2-year degree in Hospitality/Business and 2 years experience
