Job Description
Support the full investment cycle at a Private Equity Firm based in Abu Dhabi, including origination, due diligence, financial analysis and modeling.
Responsibilities
- Support the full investment cycle, including origination, due diligence, financial analysis and modeling, valuation, and negotiation.
- Conduct detailed industry and market research, benchmarking target companies within the GCC.
- Prepare investment materials, including teasers, CIMs, investment memos, and IM.
- Work alongside founding partners to develop and monitor post-investment value creation plans.
- Assist with portfolio monitoring, reporting, financial tracking, and performance analysis.
- Engage with management teams to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking or consulting
- Strong financial modeling and valuation capabilities, with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and research skills, capable of breaking down sectors and companies with precision.
- Effective communication, able to craft compelling investment documentation.
- Ability to take ownership, manage competing priorities, and collaborate with senior leadership.
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline; an MBA or CFA is desirable.
- Familiarity with regulatory and business environments across the GCC.
