Job Description
Build and oversee a best-in-class fraud risk management function across card products and digital banking channels. Accountable for fraud strategy, analytics, operations, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead fraud prevention for cards and digital channels
- Monitor fraud trends and performance metrics
- Manage fraud operations, investigations, and disputes
- Lead fraud incident response for emerging threats
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and card scheme standards
- Manage relationships with fraud technology vendors
- Develop high-performing fraud teams
Qualifications
- University degree in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum of 8 years in Banking, 5 years in Fraud prevention
