ICT Operation and Maintenance Manager
Job Description
We are currently seeking an ICT Operation and Maintenance Manager on behalf of our client, a prominent Saudi Arabian real estate and urban development company based in Mecca. The role is responsible for the optimal delivery of maintenance and operational services across all ICT assets and oversee the Command & Control Center (C3) operations in coordination with the Facilities Management (FM) Department, ensuring availability, cybersecurity compliance, and seamless service integration across departments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies for all ICT systems (e.g., smart lighting, surveillance, access control, Wi-Fi, IoT devices)
- Lead procurement, contracting, and performance monitoring of ICT service providers
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Command & Control Centre, ensuring system uptime, real-time monitoring, and prompt response to incidents
- Monitor system performance and maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS/CAFM)
- Manage the ICT maintenance OPEX and CAPEX budgets
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all ICT infrastructure maintenance activities comply with policies and standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, or Telecommunications Engineering
- 8–10 years of experience in ICT systems maintenance, smart infrastructure, or public realm technologies
- Proven experience in managing Command & Control Center operations
- Proven experience with IoT, BMS, ELV, and network infrastructure
- Native Arabic speaker
