Job Description
PC Globalco S.A.L OFF-SHORE is a Meta Business Partner specializing in the development of MIDLR, an advanced omnichannel CPaaS platform for WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, and Voice. With over 17 years of industry expertise and 150+ global carrier partnerships, the company enables enterprises to optimize communication costs, automate customer engagement, and enhance customer satisfaction. Our services include carrier integrations, routing optimization, A2P Voice & SMS, WhatsApp Business API, and advanced chatflows for commerce, support, and marketing. We work with partners across MENA, Africa, and Europe, offering white-label solutions for businesses that aspire to launch their own CPaaS platforms on MIDLR. We are seeking a full-time Junior SaaS Sales professional for an on-site position based in Beirut. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, delivering compelling product demonstrations, providing training on SaaS products, and managing customer relationships to drive product adoption and satisfaction. Responsibilities also include supporting the sales pipeline, working collaboratively with the sales management team, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets within assigned regions.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions
- Experience and aptitude in Sales and Training, including the ability to convey product value and assist clients in optimal use of SaaS solutions
- Knowledge of Sales Management principles and an ability to meet sales goals and contribute to team success
- Proactive and goal-oriented, with a passion for technology and client satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site team environment in Beirut and engage with international clients
- Prior experience in the SaaS or telecommunications industry is a plus
- Ability to make cold calls
- Ability to fluently communicate in English & Arabic
