Job Description
NN Rent a Car is hiring a sales-driven and structured professional to join our Antelias office. This role is office-based and combines sales performance with operational coordination. It is ideal for candidates who are comfortable with responsibility, targets, and commission-based income. Handle incoming calls and digital inquiries as sales opportunities, convert leads into confirmed bookings, support fleet and operational coordination, and increase revenue per rental through upselling.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp, and system inquiries
- Handle bookings, extensions, and modifications
- Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations
- Follow pricing and sales guidelines
- Sell insurance options (CDW, SCDW, Super Coverage)
- Promote add-ons (GPS, Wi-Fi, baby seats)
- Recommend upgrades based on client needs
- Monitor vehicle availability and fleet status
- Coordinate vehicle check-in / check-out
- Support logistics and maintenance follow-ups
- Log all calls and bookings in Zoho CRM
- Maintain accurate client and booking records
- Ensure smooth communication until booking confirmation
- Send Google & Trustpilot review links
