Job Description
The Administrative Affairs Manager is responsible for overseeing office operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth execution of organizational processes. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the administrative affairs team
- Oversee and optimize office operations and data management
- Manage office expenses and facility maintenance
- Coordinate office relocations and space organization
- Ensure workplace compliance with health and safety standards
- Develop strategies to enhance employee experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative affairs/operations
- At least 2 years in a managerial role
- High proficiency in MS Office tools
- Fluency in English and Turkish
