Job Description
Leadership role covering pastoral care for staff, technical leadership, and resource management for the Cairo office. Responsible for delivery performance and business operations KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the practice day-to-day providing pastoral care
- Develop specific growth plans with global regions
- Ensure services meet quality standards and digital excellence
- Recruitment and resource management
- Manage design projects to time, cost, and quality objectives
- Implement digital tools in building places projects
Qualifications
- 15-20 years of experience with an Architecture/Engineering background
- Accreditation such as PMP, MRICS or equivalent
