Job Description

A live communications agency is looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures, create and maintain a pleasant work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Partner with HR to maintain office policies
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords
  • Manage executives' schedules, calendars, and appointments
  • Create PowerPoint slides and make presentations
  • Assign and monitor clerical, administrative, and secretarial responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
