Finance Director
Job Description
The Finance Director oversees all financial aspects of business and drives company strategy. This individual oversees reporting, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax, compliance and risk management. Reports to country COO and functionally to Regional CFO.
Responsibilities
- Advise the COO on financial decisions according to Group & IAS practices
- Participate in the development of Company goals and policies
- Ensure operations comply with legal requirements and Group policies
- Oversee reporting, accounting, and internal controls
- Lead annual budgeting and monthly rolling forecast processes
- Manage and develop the Finance team
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance or similar field
- 10+ years' experience in Finance with 5 years in a senior leadership position
- MNC experience required, preferably in Retail or FMCG
- Fluency in English and Turkish
- SAP experience is a strong plus
