Job Description

Be an ambassador of the company & brand, serving as a role model in client service. Consistently achieving monthly sales targets and effectively performing sales process functions.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Branch sales target achievement
  • Coaching sales consultants to meet sales targets
  • Overseeing the sales process from start to end
  • Daily monitor SCs activities (leads, walk-ins, test drives)
  • Report all branch activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Facilitate team challenges

Qualifications

  • Min 2 to Max 7 years of experience in the same position
  • Bachelor degree
  • English language proficiency
