Job Description
Responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of real estate development projects. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction. Lead the coordination between consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects end-to-end from concept to handover
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources
- Lead coordination with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Monitor progress and resolve technical issues
- Report regularly on project status to senior management
- Participate in tender evaluations and contract negotiations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in construction or real estate
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager
- Deep understanding of Saudi building codes and permitting
