Job Description
Combine agronomic expertise with data science to develop recommendation systems that optimize the use of Syngenta Seed and Crop Protection products. You will create digital solutions for customers worldwide through data-driven agricultural innovations.
Responsibilities
- Develop agronomic models for crop management
- Build predictive models for Crop Protection portfolio
- Analyze agricultural datasets (field trials, weather, soil)
- Create data processing pipelines using Python
Qualifications
- MS degree in Agronomy or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 2 years experience in agricultural research or digital agronomy
- Proficiency in Python and/or R
- Knowledge of AI/ML techniques
