Job Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for customer relationship establishment, business opportunity expansion, and product value delivery for Alibaba Cloud in Saudi Arabia. This includes gaining insights into key industries, identifying potential customers, and coordinating with internal resources to provide solution designs that meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Gain insights into key industries and identify key/potential customers
- Sort out customers decision-making chains and build customer communication interfaces
- Regularly contact existing and potential customers regarding business plans and budgets
- Establish long-term business relationships with customer's CXOs
- Convey the positioning of Alibaba Cloud as the best partner for Hybrid Cloud
- Collaborate with SA, product team and eco-partners to design cooperation paths
- Drive internal solutions for issues affecting customer experience
- Complete customer bidding & bid and business contract signing
- Track customer's need changes and promote contract changes
- Coordinate organizational resources for project delivery
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud computing related industry, to B/G sales and pre-sales related working experience
- Extensive experience in selling software products
- 2+ years of industry experience required in specific industries
- Experience in operating large-scale projects, bidding, and risk management
- Bachelor Degree
