Sales Engineer
Job Description
Atovee Steel Construction Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer – Steel Structures to strengthen our commercial team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in steel structures combined with proven sales experience in the UAE or GCC market. This role involves client acquisition, project coordination, tender support, and driving revenue growth across commercial, industrial, and infrastructural projects.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in structural steel projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and clients
- Prepare and submit technical & commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure accurate costing and timelines
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical presentations
- Track market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects in the UAE/GCC
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company policies
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth strategies
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports to management
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of proven experience in sales of steel structures / structural steel fabrication
- Experience in UAE or GCC countries is mandatory
- Strong technical understanding of steel structures, drawings, and specifications
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
