Onboarding Specialist
Job Description
You’ll be responsible for leading the onboarding and go-live experience for new Coverflex clients, ensuring a smooth, clear, and successful transition from contract signature to their first month post-launch. This role is critical to early customer success. You’ll shape first impressions, drive adoption, and set the foundation for long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Independently lead multiple client onboardings end-to-end
- Build strong, trusted relationships with new clients from day one
- Deliver effective client and end-user training sessions
- Ensure clients reach go-live on time with strong early adoption
- Hand over clients to Customer Success with clarity and completeness
- Manage multiple client onboardings in parallel
- Adapt launch plans to different client needs and levels of readiness
- Balance client expectations with internal constraints
Qualifications
- Experience onboarding clients, ideally in SaaS, HRTech, FinTech, or other B2B platforms
- Strong understanding of digital product adoption
- Proven ability to design, manage, and improve operational processes
- Excellent relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Comfortable working in fast-changing environments
- Tech-savvy and confident using tools like HubSpot, Notion, Slack, Intercom, and project tracking platforms
- Clear and professional communication skills in English and Spanish
