Legal Manager -Dubai-Real Estate
Job Description
The Legal Manager will oversee all legal matters related to real estate development, property transactions, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. The role requires strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws, RERA regulations, contract drafting, and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on UAE real estate and tenancy laws
- Ensure company compliance with DLD, RERA, and governmental authorities
- Draft, review, and negotiate SPAs, lease agreements, and development contracts
- Manage due diligence for acquisitions and joint ventures
- Oversee title deed transfers and escrow compliance
- Handle disputes related to tenants, contractors, or suppliers
- Manage legal risks across business operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) required
- Minimum 7 years of legal experience, with 3–5 years in UAE real estate
- Strong knowledge of UAE Civil Code, RERA/DLD regulations, and Tenancy Law
- Experience with off-plan projects and real estate development contracts
