Job Description
We are looking for a professional and friendly Spa Therapist cum Receptionist to join team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should be skilled in spa treatments and capable of handling front desk responsibilities efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality spa treatments such as massages, facials, body treatments, and other wellness services
- Welcome clients and ensure excellent customer service
- Manage front desk operations including appointments, bookings, and client records
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and walk-in customers professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and reception area
- Promote spa services, packages, and products
- Handle payments, billing, and daily cash records
- Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Experience as a Spa Therapist and/or Receptionist
- Knowledge of spa treatments and massage techniques
