Job Description
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all cost and contract-related aspects of the project, ensuring accurate estimation, budgeting, and financial control.
Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates and BOQs
- Review contractor invoices and variations
- Monitor project costs and budgets
- Support procurement activities
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure or building projects
- Experience with large-scale or complex developments
