Job Description
Set Al Sham is seeking a Cost Controller in Baghdad to monitor food and beverage costs and margins. The role includes inventory management, receipt control, and recipe yield analysis to ensure profitability and adherence to internal policies across branches.
Responsibilities
- Calculate and monitor Food & Beverage Cost %
- Analyze menu profitability and sales mix
- Plan and conduct inventory counts across branches
- Reconcile physical stock vs system stock
- Verify purchases against POs and supplier invoices
- Control store issues using authorized requisitions
- Build and maintain accurate recipe cards and yield tests
- Review wastage, spoilage, and staff meal controls
- Prepare daily/monthly F&B cost and variance reports
Qualifications
- Experience in cost control within F&B or hospitality
