Zain Iraq is hiring a Senior Analyst for Digital Platforms in Baghdad to manage analytics tools and provide insights on platform performance. The role involves tracking KPIs, identifying user behavior trends, and collaborating with product designers to integrate data-driven decisions into product development.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain digital analytics tools
- Define tracking parameters and configure platforms for behavioral data
- Maintain data integrity by validating and cleaning data
- Create dashboards for real-time insights into user behavior
- Develop custom reports based on business requirements
- Deliver actionable insights for product development and design
- Analyze customer behavior to identify friction points
- Measure impact of design changes on user performance
- Set up alerts and monitoring systems for performance drops
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or Data Science
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital analytics or business analysis
