Engineer - Sustainability
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sustainability Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable practices across our organization, driving environmental performance improvements, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sustainability assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement in energy efficiency, waste reduction, and resource conservation.
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies and action plans aligned with organizational goals and environmental regulations.
- Analyze and report on key sustainability metrics, including carbon footprint, energy consumption, and waste generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into product design and facility operations.
- Manage sustainability-related projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving environmental regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in sustainability assessment tools and methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards.
- Expertise in energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
