Senior Vice President, Network Management
Job Description
The Global Network Management team manages BNY’s network of Direct Custody & Sub-Custodian relationships across more than 100 markets. The Market Manager will be responsible for sub-custodian due-diligence, oversight, contract negotiation, and market advocacy.
Responsibilities
- Manage annual due diligence and oversight of custody, DR, and cash correspondent networks
- Handle appointments, terminations, and fee negotiations with Sub-Custodians
- Assess market gaps and opportunities for servicing clients
- Represent international investor interests through local market partners
- Accountable for management of local market crisis events
- Support strategic projects including digitization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Relevant work experience in global custody network management, operations, or client service management
