Job Description
Manage daily IT operations, ensure infrastructure stability, and support multi-site retail operations and new store openings.
Responsibilities
- Manage Help Desk activities and SLAs
- Oversee IT infrastructure (networks, servers, firewalls)
- Coordinate with IT vendors and procurement
- Support IT readiness for new store openings
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in IT Operations / Infrastructure
- 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role
