Assistant Manager Sales (Female)
Job Description
You will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic sales plans, setting achievable targets, and ensuring their successful execution to drive revenue growth. Identifying opportunities for process optimization and innovation. Responsibilities: Solicit new and existing accounts to meet goals through prospecting, calls, and site inspections. Direct Sales operations for the hotel. Establish and grow market share. Engaging with clients to provide technical solutions. Remain up to date with regional and international developments. Maintain complete knowledge of hotel services.
Responsibilities

- Solicit new and existing accounts through telephone prospecting and outside calls
- Direct Sales operations to maximize revenue for all segments
- Establish and grow market share by developing relationships with clients
- Engaging with clients and providing product demonstrations
- Maintain knowledge of all services the hotel provides
Qualifications
- Preferably Bachelor's Degree and/or Hotel Management degree
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar capacity with proven records
