Accounting Manager - Remote Global
Job Description
Own day-to-day accounting operations, subscription billing workflows, and implementation of expense management systems for a growth equity backed SaaS company. This role has a clear pathway to Controller in 12–18 months.
Responsibilities
- Own month-end close activities and journal entries
- Maintain and improve consistent accounting controls
- Operate billing and AR workflows across Maxio and QBO
- Own Ramp setup and ongoing operations for expense management
- Produce reliable monthly reporting packages
- Coordinate with external partners for audits and tax filings
Qualifications
- 6–8+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Previous SaaS experience
