Engineering Manager
Job Description
Engineering Manager for oil and gas EPC projects. Lead and manage engineering teams through FEED and detailed design phases. Oversee technical deliverables, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications. Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and construction teams for seamless project execution. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers across disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage engineering teams through FEED and detailed design phases of oil & gas EPC projects
- Oversee technical deliverables, ensuring compliance with industry standards, client specifications, and project timelines
- Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers across disciplines
- Review and approve engineering documents, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure quality assurance and risk mitigation throughout the design lifecycle
Qualifications
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in oil and gas EPC projects
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
