Operations Manager (Contracting)
Job Description
The Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence across all projects, acting as the Integrator who identifies problems early and ensures effective, timely solutions across departments.
Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless coordination between execution and back-office teams
- Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues
- Monitor project progress, productivity, and risks
- Standardize execution workflows and reporting formats
- Review programs across projects to ensure realistic sequencing
- Support identification of variations, claims, and EOT triggers
Qualifications
- 15–20+ years in contracting, including overseas projects
- Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts
- Strong understanding of contracting environments
- Strong coordination and integration mindset
