Operations Manager
Job Description
The position is responsible for increasing business revenues and developing Standard Operating Procedures required as per Retail standards across stores.
Responsibilities
- Achieve quantitative measures of performance (sales turnover, shrinkage control)
- Set store sales targets
- Guide Area Managers and Store Managers to maximize productivity
- Manage operational costs
- Enforce Company SOP, policies and procedures
- Recruit and train staff on sales techniques
- Monitor store inventory
- Ensure enhanced brand visibility
